Human Performance in Aircraft Maintenance
Human error has been documented as a primary contributor to more than 70 percent of commercial airplane hull-loss accidents. The HPIAM training session promotes awareness of human performance challenges through case studies, incorporating current “Lessons Learned” in Aircraft maintenance and development of personal Safety nets to prevent future errors from occurring.
Crew Resource Management (CRM)
Crew Resource Management (CRM) refers to the effective use of all available resources. These resources are divided into four broad categories - people, equipment, mission and environment. CRM is designed to optimize the human/machine interface and accompanying interpersonal and Organizational activities. These activities include team building and maintenance, information transfer, problem solving, decision making, maintaining situational awareness and dealing with automated systems.
Provide organizations and individuals with a working knowledge of Ramp Damage prevention strategies, Internal investigation techniques, and Human Performance awareness concepts. The purpose of the Emergency Response Training sessions is to set down the commitments, policies and procedures that would be used by an operator in responding to an emergency. The SMS course will introduce and expand on the basic concepts of safety and the modern approach to safety management.
