The HPIAM training session promotes awareness of human performance challenges through case studies, incorporating current “Lessons Learned” in Aircraft maintenance and development of personal Safety nets to prevent future errors from occurring.
Crew Resource Management (CRM)

Required Training
Crew Resource Management (CRM) refers to the effective use of all available resources. These resources are divided into four broad categories - people, equipment, mission and environment. CRM is designed to optimize the human/machine interface and accompanying interpersonal and Organizational activities. These activities include team building and maintenance, information transfer, problem solving, decision making, maintaining situational awareness and dealing with automated systems.

Emergency Response Training

Establish Operational Resiliance
Aviation accidents are rare events and organizations require effective plans to manage events during or following an emergency or crisis. The purpose of the Emergency Response Training sessions is to set down the commitments, policies and procedures that would be used by an operator in responding to an emergency. These procedures are intended to ensure the highest level of comfort and care for survivors and families of affected passengers by ensuring the seamless handling of an emergency.
Safety Management Systems

Safety Management
The SMS course will introduce and expand on the basic concepts of safety and the modern approach to safety management. The course will take you through the process of planning and implementing a SMS by discussing each of the components and elements and showing how they fit in a SMS. You will learn what makes each element important and how to be sure it is efficient and effective.

Fatigue Risk Management
Early Morning start times, long range operations, Midnight/late Maintenance activities, 24 hour operations, unexpected delays. All of these challenges must be properly managed to ensure there will not be a negative effect on the operations. An effective Fatigue risk management program in your organization is essential to ensure that all staff members are aware of the possible reduction in their performance as a result of Fatigue and to assist in developing personal strategies to deal effectively with these demands.
